Data collected

We process your random Alien ID, salted and peppered recovery verifier, session records, profile fields, age/terms attestations, private media, moderation status, swipes, matches, text messages, blocks, reports, audit events, and limited security metadata such as IP-derived rate-limit keys.

Purposes and disclosure

Data supports authentication, profile display, matching, chat, safety, abuse prevention, operations, and legal compliance. Approved profile data is visible to eligible users. Supabase processes database and storage data as infrastructure. We do not sell personal data.

Sensitive self-expression

Chosen species, form, homeworld, origin, bio, pronouns, and connection preferences may reveal deeply personal identity, beliefs, orientation, or community affiliations. Provide only what you want approved members and moderators to see. We do not use these fields to diagnose you or decide whether your identity is genuine.

Security and retention

Recovery phrases are never stored. Sessions are opaque and server-backed. Photos use private storage and short-lived signed links. No system is perfectly secure. Operational records remain available while an account is active and may be retained where law or a safety investigation requires it.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, remove photos, unmatch, block, log out, download a portable account export, and permanently delete your account from Profile. Deletion removes profile media before removing database records. Jurisdiction-specific privacy and legal contact details must be finalized before broad availability.
