Eligibility

You must be at least 18, meet any higher local minimum age, have legal capacity, and not be barred from using connection or dating services. “Alien” describes self-identified experience and presentation; it is not a requirement to prove literal extraterrestrial origin. The legally binding restriction is adults only.

Your account and identity

Your Alien ID and recovery phrase control access. Keep them secure, use one account, avoid impersonating another actual person, and notify the operator of suspected compromise. You may describe your identity as literal, spiritual, symbolic, psychological, creative, fluid, or otherwise personally meaningful without proving it to the service. Losing the phrase may permanently prevent recovery.

Acceptable use

You must follow the Community Guidelines. Prohibited uses include minors/CSAE/CSAM; public nudity or sexual acts including fictional equivalents; non-consensual content or deepfakes; impersonation; harassment; trafficking; sextortion; illegal activity; paid sexual services; scams; and intellectual-property infringement.

Content and moderation

You retain rights to content you own and grant the service a limited license to host, transform, review, and display it for operation and safety. You must disclose AI-generated alien imagery. We may reject, remove, preserve, or restrict content and accounts to enforce these terms.

Service limitations

The MVP is provided as available without guaranteed uptime, matches, identity verification, background checks, or compatibility. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Governing law, operator identity, notices, and dispute terms are open launch questions and must be completed before broad availability.
